Comfort Keepers Commitment to Quality

At Comfort Keepers our commitment to quality and safety has meant that we are the first and only home care service to achieve the EIQA (Q Mark) certification. Comfort Keepers strives to maintain the same high standard of quality throughout all regions.

Currently there are no standards, guidelines or regulations in Ireland for home care so for Comfort Keepers it is even more important to self regulate. Comfort Keepers self regulates by setting standards, devising procedure, implementing it and then checking that procedure is bring followed to a high standard. This check is conducted through an auditing process 8 times a year in each area. That’s a total of 80 audits a year checking 75 different criteria.
