Comfort Keepers Commitment to Quality
Currently there are no standards, guidelines or regulations in Ireland for home care so for Comfort Keepers it is even more important to self regulate. Comfort Keepers self regulates by setting standards, devising procedure, implementing it and then checking that procedure is bring followed to a high standard. This check is conducted through an auditing process 8 times a year in each area. That’s a total of 80 audits a year checking 75 different criteria.
