What is Live in Care?Live in care is where a client needs a carer to live in the clients home. The carer is rostered on for 7 days and off for 7 days. The carer stays overnight and day in the client's home. Main duties will include light housework, shopping, preparing meals, laundry, medication reminders, etc. You will be there at all times to provide your client with all aspects of personal care such as dressing, undressing, washing, bathing, toileting etc. Live in carers also offer companionship and enable your client in all aspects of social activity such as going to church, walks or visit friends.
